Spring Happenings

Addison has begun playing soccer again. Also, Addison is about to wrap up her pre-k years. It makes me sad knowing the baby years are over. However, there is so much more ahead of us.

Avery has finished her basketball season and is down to just tumbling and GA's. She just signed up for her first GA summer camp.

Jon is about to have a birthday and his work is going into full swing with spring upon us. Jon also has begun tilling the garden. What will become of it this year?

I am thirlled to be going into spring break and enjoy time with the girls and my neices and nephews.

January 09

Happy New Year! We started the new year off busy as usual. Jon left last Mon. for a Goose hunting trip for some customers, then left Tues. for Las Calinas meetings all week. We miss him so much. I really do. Avery starts her b-ball games again this week and Addison back to tumbling. Last week Addison decided to cry an hour before she went and then cried the whole time she was there. Needless to say, we had to leave. Hopefully this week will be better.

Jon and I also joined the YMCA with hopes to get back into shape. So far I have been able to walk the track once. Hopefully when he returns I can go more.

First week back to school went much better than expected. My kids adjusted well. Having all boys has been quite a challenge for me being that I am only used to "girl things". The boys are fun and I think they are actually learning something from me. hehe

Jon and I also are trying to decide where to take our 10 year anniv. vacation. The first spot recommended was Acapulco, Mexico. Looks good to me. We'll see what happens.

New neice

Today I learned what a blog sight was all about. Thanks Chondra! hehe I am the proud aunt of a new baby girl, Kirsten Dawn Kosse. She will be coming home tomorrow. Another little girl for the Kosse family. This is grandchild number 6 and only one little boy in there.

Our Christmas cards have gone out and the girls are counting down days till Santa comes. Avery has been playing basketball and even made the first point for her team on the first game. Addison began tumbling with Jerome today. She acted a little shy around him but did well.

Jon left yesterday to go on another hunting trip. This time with his dad. He should return Tues. or Wed. He has also taken on the sport of basketball for our church team.

I had the opportunity to go to NYC. I went with a fun group of women. I think in four days we saw and did everything you could possibly do. Great fun! Thanks Jill for letting me tag along. Ok that is all for now. The girls are sleeping so I better go gets things ready for the week. It is so cold! Brrrrrrrrrr Until I figure this out it will not be very pretty.
